Returns Policy
Unwanted Items
Easy Green Store will refund any item within 14 days (excluding made-to-measure products) if, for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase. We will refund any purchase if the item(s) are returned to us in their original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please note that we are unable to refund the postage costs that you incur when sending the item(s) back to us. Please see our Returns Procedure below to return your item(s).Incorrect Item Received
In the unlikely event that we send you an incorrect item, please contact us right away to request a return code. We will ask you to cover the cost of sending it back to us, but this will be refunded to you once it is received by us. We will then send out the correct item to you at no additional cost. Please do not open the display box of the incorrect product as this may affect your refund. Please see our Returns Procedure below to return your item.Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that your item is faulty please contact us right away to request a return code, and return it to us within 14 days of the date you received it for a full refund which includes the cost you incur when sending the item back to us. We will ask you to cover the cost of sending it back to us in the first instance, but this will be refunded to you once your return is received by us and verified as faulty.Please use standard 1st class postage to return the item to us unless we specifically request otherwise.
If you send your order back to us using premium postal services such as a Courier, Recorded or Special Delivery without us having requested this by email or telephone, we will only refund part of your return postage cost which will be no more than the standard first class rate for your package.
If you would like to return a faulty item, please follow the Returns Procedure below.
Made-to-measure products
In the unlikely event that your made-to-measure product (e.g. Energy Saving Blinds) has faulty operational parts on arrival, please contact us by email or telephone so we can help you to resolve your problem.If the made-to-measure product has faulty operational parts on arrival, Easy Green Store will be happy to supply replacement parts (may incur postage costs) within 48 hours of the products arrival.
Any parts that become faulty, or any material that becomes damaged after 48 hours of the products arrival will be the responsibility of the customer, and will not be liable for free repair or free replaceable parts. Additional costs will be applied for any parts required after this time period.
All of our made-to-measure products are fully tested and checked before being placed into transit. If, in the unlikely event that these products are damaged in transit, please contact us on (+44) 07851 782251 immediately so we can resolve this problem.
Returns Procedure
Please follow these steps to return your item(s) to Easy Green Store (excludes made-to-measure products).Step 1
Please call us on (+44) 07851 782251 or email us at contact@easygreenstore.co.uk to let us know that you intend to return an item and to receive a Return Code from us. Please quote your original reference number located on the email you received from Easy Green Store after you made your purchase.
Step 2
Once you have your Return Code, simply write it down on a piece of paper and place it inside the packet/package you will return the item(s) in, along with the item(s). Please note: All packaging for returning items must be of an adequate size, condition and material, and the item(s) should be safe and secure in the package. If you fail to comply with these regulations, your refund may be affected.

In some cases, we may ask you to send your item back by Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery, but we will agree this with you when you contact us to arrange your return.

Items Returned Without A Returns Code
Please note that if you send an item back without contacting us first to obtain a Return Code we may not be able to take responsibility for your return. If we do receive your item without a returns code, the return process will be delayed by up to 30 working days.
